Terms of Delivery and Payment

Swiss-Express Moon - from CHF 18.00
For orders up to a goods value of CHF 75, we charge a flat-rate service fee / small quantity surcharge of CHF 5. Thanks to the service flat rate, our customers benefit from lower prices for small products. 
It is not possible to combine orders at a later date.
How we ship
We ship daily (Monday to Friday) from our own warehouse in Langnau am Albis. Orders that arrive and are paid for by 3 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day. There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
Swiss Post only delivers the following shipping methods on Saturdays:
Swiss-Express Mond can be ordered daily until 3 pm.
Saturday delivery can only be ordered on Friday until 3 p.m.
Parcels are sent by Swiss Post. They do not deliver Priority parcels on Saturday. We do not ship abroad.
Payment in the online store We accept credit card, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, TWINT, PayPal (+2.00%), prepayment or payment in the store.
How does prepayment work?
You pay via online banking, at your bank or at the post office. The items are reserved for you immediately after we receive your order and are usually dispatched on the day we receive your payment.

As a private individual, can I also order on account?  
No, unfortunately this is not possible.  
For authorities, schools, public offices etc. we offer payment on account. You only pay for the goods once you have received the delivery. 
How it works: Register in our store. Write us an email with your request to be activated as an authority. 
After successful verification of the data, we will convert your customer account into an authority account.  
You will receive an email notification from us as soon as the account has been activated. From now on you can also select the payment method "On account" in the order process.
