Godox Battery Revival
The batteries in the portable studio flashes Godox AD400Pro and Godox AD600Pro are very reliable when used regularly. However, if they are left unused for a long period of time and are not charged regularly, they will go into standby mode. Unfortunately, they cannot be charged with the supplied charger in this state.
However, we are able to revive the batteries. (In the past, we have only been unsuccessful with one battery.)
So if you have neglected your battery and it no longer charges, we can try to revive it.

The process is as follows:
You purchase this item and we will email you a label for sending the battery.
You pack the battery, stick the label on the package, and send it to us by mail.
We will take care of the battery as soon as possible after receipt.
If it cannot be repaired, we will contact you to find a solution together.
If everything works, we will send the battery back to you, fully charged, within two business days.
To prevent this from happening again, please follow these rules:
For longer storage, you should charge the battery to 40-60% every 4-6 weeks to prevent damage.
