We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning an item.

Deductions by condition
| No deduction | Unopened, unused, complete original packaging with all accessories. For orders with free shipping, we retain the actual outbound shipping cost of CHF 8.–. |
| 10–15% deduction | Packaging opened but item in perfect condition and complete. Minimum handling fee CHF 10.–. |
| Not accepted | Signs of use, scratches on optics or body, missing accessories, or damaged packaging. |
For orders placed with free shipping, we retain the actual shipping cost of CHF 8.– in the event of a return – regardless of the condition of the returned item.
Items excluded from return
| Opened cleaning kits, sensor swabs, and other consumables (ink, filters, toner) |
| Products specially ordered or sourced on request |
| Software, licences, and digital products |
| Products without original packaging or with missing accessories |
| Items showing visible signs of use (scratches on lens, tripod, etc.) |
There is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. We offer this voluntarily as a gesture of goodwill.
Defective on arrival (DOA)
| Report | Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item – include photo documentation of the defect. |
| Resolution | After review: replacement, repair, or full refund – we'll find a solution together. |
| Shipping damage | Please report within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. |
How the return process works
1 | Register your return Contact us by email or via our contact form – include your order number and reason for return. |
2 | Receive confirmation We'll confirm your return and provide you with the return address |
3 | Send the item Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include our reply email in the parcel, and send it by post. |
4 | Receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. |
