Deductions by condition

No deduction Unopened, unused, complete original packaging with all accessories. For orders with free shipping, we retain the actual outbound shipping cost of CHF 8.–.
10–15% deduction Packaging opened but item in perfect condition and complete. Minimum handling fee CHF 10.–.
Not accepted Signs of use, scratches on optics or body, missing accessories, or damaged packaging.

For orders placed with free shipping, we retain the actual shipping cost of CHF 8.– in the event of a return – regardless of the condition of the returned item.

Items excluded from return

Opened cleaning kits, sensor swabs, and other consumables (ink, filters, toner)
Products specially ordered or sourced on request
Software, licences, and digital products
Products without original packaging or with missing accessories
Items showing visible signs of use (scratches on lens, tripod, etc.)

There is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. We offer this voluntarily as a gesture of goodwill.

Defective on arrival (DOA)

ReportPlease contact us within 5 days of receiving the item – include photo documentation of the defect.
ResolutionAfter review: replacement, repair, or full refund – we'll find a solution together.
Shipping damagePlease report within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include our reply email in the parcel, and send it by post.
