Haida Solar Screw Filter 95 mm Diameter
The Haida Solar Filter 95 mm with a neutral density of 6.0 produces images with a neutral hue and no color cast or loss of sharpness. The 20-step exposure reduction, built-in infrared blocking, and 6.0 density block invisible radiation. This is outside the visual spectrum that can be detected by the image sensors. This can affect the capture of clear images.
This filter has the effect of darkening the entire image, which makes it particularly suitable for photographing the sun and solar eclipses. With this filter, you can take photos with a larger aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. This is a photo-only filter and is not suitable for direct naked-eye observation of the sun.
Warning: Under no circumstances should these filters be used to view a solar eclipse with the naked eye. These products are intended for on-camera use only. These filters do not provide the same level of optical protection as eclipse glasses, and using these filters to look directly at the sun before, during, or after an eclipse could permanently damage your eyesight.

Due to the extremely long exposure times that these filters allow, there is a great risk that light will penetrate through the camera body and be reflected in your image. Therefore, when using a camera with an optical viewfinder, it is imperative to darken the viewfinder. This can be done with a cloth or with a tape that does not stick too well.
