It has been developed by Gunther Wegner, one of the pioneers of time-lapse photography "Made in Germany" and is especially designed for the needs of professionals and demanding amateur photographers.The LRT Pro Timer is a small and lightweight interval shutter release with built-in Li-ion battery, which can be charged via USB and lasts up to 20 hours. It features a razor-sharp OLED display that is readable in all conditions and a single button for easy and ergonomic operation - even in the dark and with gloves on. It can trigger two cameras at the same time, allows time-controlled and periodic recording, offers special support for mirrorless cameras, a flashlight function for foreground illumination and above all: it enables the shortest possible black times. This means that the camera can be operated while recording!Intervals can be set in steps of 0.1 seconds. Interval ramping allows during recording a continuous adjustment of the interval over an adjustable period of time - also in combination with motion control hardware. Optionally, the camera can be operated in bulb mode (astro-photography) for time-lapse and single exposures. The lighting of the timer can be switched off completely - essential for shots in the dark. By default the minimum shutter speed is calculated as (shutter release time + AF_time + 50ms) rounded up to the next 100ms. By default this is 0.4 seconds.
