Der Sorglos-Blitz
Nach drei Einsätzen mit dem Godox AD1200 Pro, darunter eine Hochzeit und zwei Fotoshootings für Hotels, bin ich begeistert. Ob ich die volle Leistung jemals brauche, weiss ich noch nicht. Jedoch ist es gut zu wissen, dass man immer ausreichend Leistung, auch gegen die Sonne mit kurzen Verschlusszeiten, haben wird. Zudem scheint mir der Akku bei reduzierter Leistung ewig zu halten. Nach den drei Fotoeinsätzen ist die Batterieanzeige immer noch komplett voll. Der Godox lässt sich kinderleicht bedienen und löst bis jetzt mit dem XPro-Sender an der Canon EOS R5 absolut zuverlässig aus. Zu meiner Überraschung funktioniert sogar HSS mit TTL (habe hier bei meiner vorangehenden Recherche über Probleme gelesen). Ich nutze zwar ausschliesslich den manuellen Modus aber gut zu wissen, falls es mal stressig zu geht. Das Blitzpaket ist natürlich recht schwer und kommt dafür sehr praktisch in einem Rollkoffer, der auch als Rucksack getragen werden kann. Also nichts für super mobile Einsätze, wo man stundenlang erst mal zur Location über die Berge läuft, sondern für geplante Fotoshootings an einem Ort, z. B. Hochzeitsgruppen oder bei Fotoshootings in einem Hotel etc. Fotochaestli hat mir dazu noch eine klasse Softbox von SMDV empfohlen, die richtig Spass macht, da sie extrem schnell auf- und wieder abgebaut wird. Bisher habe ich mit leistungsschwächeren und massiv teureren Blitzen von Profoto geknipst, die ich nun nicht mehr vermisse. Profoto ist ohne Zweifel spitzenklasse aber für mich nicht notwendig. Werde sicherlich noch in einen kleineren, zusätzlichen Blitz von Godox investieren.

Ein Biest!
Leistung Austattung, und Verarbeitung, hier stimmt echt alles! Ein Blitz in dieser Leistungsklasse gibt Freiheit und mann hat bestimmt genügend Power für jede erdenkliche Situation! Die Verarbeitung des Generators ist unglaublich sauber gelöst und fühlt sich wertig an! Auch das anschlusskabel der Lampe ist toll und genügend Lang! Die Transporttasche ist nicht nur Rollkoffer sondern hat sogar verdeckte Shoulderstraps eingebaut! Farbtemperatur absolut konstant schnelle Ladezeiten! - Bis jetzt der beste Akkublitz den ich je hatte! Auch super toll das es einen gleichstromadapter Gibt! Für die reine Studionutzung!

Eine völlig neue Blitzwelt ......
eröffnet sich mit diesem AD1200 und hebt die Blitzfotografie auf einen neuen Level. Zugegeben es ist nicht gerade ein Leichtgewicht, aber der sehr robuste Rollkoffer macht einen problemlosen Transport möglich. Ich bin nun seit einer Woche mit diesem AD1200 an verschiedenen Sets unterwegs und es ist einfach beruhigend immer genügend Blitz und Akkuleistung bei sich zu haben. Man weiss ja nie was man vor Ort antrifft. Herunter regeln kann man immer. Eben so unentbehrlich ist die eingebaute, starke 40 Watt-LED , denn man sieht sofort wie sich das Licht verteilt und der Autofokus sitzt immer zuverlässig. Wer mit TTL oder HSS belichten möchte, kann sich auf eine zuverlässige Funktion verlassen. Ich persönlich arbeite immer gerne in M-Modus, oft mit einem Sekonic Belichtungsmesser und mehren Blitzen. Dazu ist die Steuerung über mehrere Kanäle oder Gruppen mit dem intuitiv und logisch zu bedienenden Godox X-Pro System einfach. Die volle Blitzleistung wird beim AD1200 selten benötigt und so hat der Akku eine unglaubliche Ausdauer und musste bisher nie nachgeladen werden. Somit ist der AD1200 ein absoluter Traum für jeden Fotografen und hält jedem Vergleich mit mehrfach teureren, portablen Geräten stand. AD1200 = Kreatives Blitzen, direkt oder indirekt, alles ist nun möglich. Einmal mehr auch wieder ein grosses Lob an das "fotichästli-Team" dass ich als sehr zuverlässigen Lieferanten kennen gelernt habe.
