4K HDMI 7" High Brightness On-Camera Monitor
With an enlarged 7-inch screen and 1200 cd/m² brightness, the GM7S 7-inch HDMI touchscreen camera monitor from Godox provides a clearer way to monitor your video on set from your DSLR camera or camcorder. One HDMI input and one HDMI output support up to 4K video. Various video assist features and the ability to import 3D LUTs give you increased creative control over your production. Built-in REC.709 color calibration ensures accurate color reproduction. The GM7S's fanless design with multiple power options makes it optimal for content creators and freelancers alike.
Improved Visibility
The 7-inch screen has 1920 x 1200 resolution and a total viewing angle of 160°, allowing multiple people to look at the monitor simultaneously. Its peak brightness of 1200 cd/m² ensures that you can see the monitor well outdoors, even in bright sunlight. An included sunshade further improves visibility. REC.709 color calibration ensures reliable color reproduction.
Video assist features and control options
Visual aids such as AI waveform, false color display, and focus assist help you frame and adjust exposure. Monitor your audio levels and battery status with features like audio metering and battery tip.
The intuitive user interface provides quick access to frequently used functions for efficient touchscreen navigation. Five shortcut buttons with 18 options can be individually configured for user-friendly operation.
With a separately available camera control cable, you can access your camera's functions directly from the monitor without switching between devices. Change settings such as focus, ISO, aperture, and shutter speed.
Flexible power options
The GM7S's three power options give you the ultimate flexibility in configuring your camera rig. Two L-series battery plates on the back of the monitor can be used in single or dual battery applications. A USB-C port can power the monitor via a battery pack. You can even use a DC power source with a separately available DC cable. An additional DC output allows you to route additional power to accessories like fill lights.
Physical Design
The GM7S is fanless, making it completely silent, ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
A rugged metal enclosure protects the monitor while increasing surface area for better heat dissipation.
