Godox Light Boom Stand LB02

The Godox LB02 aluminum boom tripod is characterized by its versatility, robustness and high-quality workmanship. The studio tripod made of durable and resistant aluminum adapts flexibly to all requirements on the set with its large action radius.

Three tripods in one

A special feature: The LB02 tripod offers three tripods in one. It can be used as a lamp tripod, as a simple camera tripod or as a boom tripod. Its strengths are particularly evident in portrait, beauty, fashion and product photography.

In its function as a lamp tripod, it offers many alternatives for attaching light sources, flash holders, umbrella tilters or hot shoe adapters for clip-on/system flash units via the plug-in 5/8 inch spigot adapter with 3/8 and 1/4 inch external thread. It becomes a camera tripod with a smaller ball head, for example.

The center column of the tripod can be adjusted in height between 140 and 450 centimeters. The individual sections are locked in place with screw locks. A cable clamp holds hanging cables directly on the tripod and prevents dangerous tripping hazards on the set.

The lamp tripod becomes a boom tripod when you pull the upper section out of the underlying tripod segment and fold it to the side using the boom joint as a boom arm. With the boom tripod, you can realize a wide variety of lighting options without the tripod getting in the way. Light from the side, diagonally or directly from the front, from high above or very low down near the ground, with the upward and downward tiltable boom arm you can quickly place studio flash, flash head or continuous light in all positions.

Stable and stable
The durable aluminum construction with center struts ensures stability under load and holds up to four kilograms of weight. To balance the attached load, use the included sandbag, which you fill individually and attach to the end of the boom arm for optimal balance.
