Adapter for sync cable and/or 3.5mm jack cable to standard ISO hot shoe
With the help of this flash adapter, a flash or flashes can be connected to the camera hot shoe via cable. For this purpose, the adapter has a sync socket on one side for plugging in a flash cable with a PC plug and a 3.5 mm jack socket on the other side for plugging in a flash cable with a corresponding jack plug. In this way, the adapter makes it possible to discharge flashes by cable even with cameras that have a standard ISO hot shoe but no suitable connection sockets. Studio flashes, baton flashes or clip-on flashes can be connected, provided they have a suitable connection for a flash cable.

On the top of the adapter there is a flash shoe for plugging in a clip-on flash. This allows a plug-in flash to be discharged in addition to the flash(es) connected by cable. The flash adapter is suitable for manual and TTL flashes. However, the adapter only transmits the output pulse. The flash exposure must therefore be set manually on the flash in any case.
