Daan Schoonhoven is an enthusiastic nature photographer and has been developing concepts for nature photography for more than 15 years to make it accessible to a wider audience. Thus it is operator of the Netherlands photographer Communities www.nederpix.nl and www.birdpix.nl as well as founder of the nature photo organizations PiXFACTORY and the picture agency Buiten Beeld. With his own photographic work Daan remains faithful to his first love, the bird world. Together with the best nature photographers of the Netherlands he publishes the successful book series of the "Praktijkboeken", practice and solution-oriented technical books, which dpunkt.verlag now also makes available to the German public in translations. All titles are written by different photographers, who convey their expert knowledge to the reader and show with their best photos how to turn this into successful own pictures.
