You know it: You have to take a lot of photos (e.g. products) in the studio and the battery is always empty. This can sometimes be tedious.
Here you have the right solution, the so-called DC coupler, which looks like an original battery, but has no inner life.
With this you can power your camera via a separate power supply and can shoot as long as you want.
This set is also available from Canon, the power supply is called Canon CA-PS700 and the battery is called Canon DR-E18 DC-Coupler.
Please check the manual of your camera to make sure that the DC coupler DR-E18 is the correct one for your camera.
The LP-E17 is used in the following cameras:
Canon EOS Canon EOS M3, EOS M5, EOS M6, Canon EOS 200D, EOS 750D, EOS 760D, EOS 800D, EOS 77D.
