You know it: You have to take a lot of photos (e.g. taking pictures of products) in the studio and the battery is empty all the time. This can sometimes be tedious.
Here you have the right solution, the so-called DC coupler, which looks like an original battery but has no inner workings.
You can use it to power your camera with a separate power supply and take photos as long as you want.
This set is also available from Fujifilm, it is called Fujifilm AC-PW 20 power supply for NEX and Alpha cameras.

Funktioniert nach einem kleinen Kniff
Der Akku-Dummy ist ein bisschen zu klein. Er hat seitliches Spiel, das zu einem Wackelkontakt führen kann, wenn man im eingebauten Zustand am Kabel zieht. Mit Klebeband habe ich dieses Spiel aufgehoben. Nun funktioniert das Teil einwandfrei. Man kann jetzt über die China-Qualität motzen. Aber der Adapter hat mich gerade mal einen Drittel des Preises des Originals gekostet. Ich benutze ihn an meiner Fuji X-T30. Da sind der HDMI- und der USB-Anschluss so nahe zusammen, dass man nur einen Anschluss nutzen kann. Sonst hätte ich - wie bei meiner X-T3 mit USB-Laden gearbeitet. Aber das wiederum ist nicht so gut für den Akku, der eingebaut bleiben muss, denn die Kamera erwärmt sich nur schon beim Livestream gut spürbar.

Adapter für Akku-Fach
Der Adater, der an Stelle des Akkus ins Batteriefach geschoben wird ist ca.2 mm zu kurz. Dadurch entsteht ein Wackelkontakt. Abhilfe bringt ein dickes Stück Klebeband da wo der Adapter vom orangen Halter in Position gehalten wird. Schade.
