It does what suppose to do. However, has a very "cheap" construction and counter-intuitive buttons. The "cheap" plastic construction make it difficult to press the buttons, and the 'hold' button is not a smooth one. Also, to start shooting a time lapse you must press the 'start' button, not the trigger. But, to take a picture one must use the trigger, not the 'start'. This sounds silly, but while operating multiple cameras, or in the field, this can make one spend some minutes re-learning how this piece of equipment works. The cable is long enough for an average use but looks very weak. I am afraid that using the device outside of a studio will make its life very short. But, you get what you pay. It is a very good alternative to the other overpriced controls in the market. I am quite happy with it, and so far has worked very well. Side note: The manual is poorly written.
