MagSafe required
The adapter holds magnetically to MagSafe iPhones (or MagSafe cases). For devices without MagSafe – older iPhones or Android – it is not intended without a suitable magnetic ring; the manufacturer does not list a ring in the box (see notes).
Tripod not included
The MS-ARB2 is the adapter, not a complete tripod. An Arca-compatible head or a 1/4-inch tripod (such as the JJC TP-MT1) is required separately.
