Sometimes even ten stops are not enough: the Haida One Million X is an extreme ND filter that swallows almost all of the visible light, making multi-minute exposures possible – in the middle of a bright day. Where other ND filters stop, this one begins: water turns mirror-smooth, drifting clouds blur into soft bands and anything that moves dissolves into calm, almost painterly surfaces. As a large 150 × 150 mm rectangular filter for the M15 system it covers demanding ultra-wide lenses without shading the edges of the frame.
- Extreme light reduction (One Million X)
- 150 × 150 mm format for the Haida M15 system
- Neutral glass – choose the series as a property
- For ultra-wides without vignetting
Smooth motion – on wide lenses
Large format, extreme wide-angles
The 150 mm format covers demanding ultra-wides without shading.
Series as needed
Available depending on glass series (Red-Diamond, NanoPro MC or Optical Glass) – pick the quality that suits you.
How it works in the field
Real-world scenario
In the M15 holder on a wide lens you slide the ND in and expose – the edges stay free of shading.
What to know before you order
M15 holder and adapter ring required
Rectangular filters need the Haida M15 holder and adapter ring – separate.
Focus first, then insert
The viewfinder goes very dark; set framing and focus before inserting.
A tripod is essential
At high density exposures get long – plan a tripod and remote release.
