Einwegneiger
Leider habe ich die Inbusschraube für die Fussbefestigung etwas stark angezogen, nun geht die Drehung ziemlich streng. Ansonsten ein faires Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Well designed with minor flaws
This pan-tilt head is very well manufactured overall, and its quality/cost ratio is very good. A nice touch is that it is delivered with an Arca swiss plate. I have used it for birding with a large spotting scope weighing 2kg. It does its job very well. Movements are well dampened owing to using (I guess) high viscosity lubricant. Be aware that there must be some weight on the head to be able to pan and tilt easily. I have also tested it with a DSLR equipped with a 100-400 mm lens (total weight slightly above 3kgs). I have been confronted with three minor flaws: 1) The delivered Imbuss key did not fit well the screw of the Arca swiss mounting base. I did not dare using it as I could have damaged the screw head. I had to use another key from one of my other Arca systems; 2) Unscrewing the mounting base was extremely difficult, due to the manufacturer using Loctite to secure it in place. I had also to remove all traces of this Loctite to be able to remove the two alignment pins. This is hard to understand, since the base plate is meant to be turned ninety degrees to allow cameras with L-brackets to be attached for landscape photograpy (one of the reasons I purchased this pan-tilt head in addition to using it with long lenses on my monopod); 3) The two pins maintaining the Arca base at the appropriate orientation relative to the lens axis (see 2 above) can be easily lost if changing its orientation in the field. I think that the manufacturer should provide a set of spared pins as it does for the two extra safety screws of the Arca plate.
