Up close to a flower, an insect or a watch movement, one thing is almost always missing: good light exactly where you need it. The Godox MA2 Flexible Macro Twin Light delivers continuous (LED) and flash light from the same axis and brings it to your subject on two flexible arms – so you reveal fine detail, texture and depth from a short distance.

Light exactly where macro needs it
Aim both sides freely
The two flexible arms let you place light from the left, right or low from below – ideal for low-angle macro. With A/B control you set each side separately, for single- or dual-sided fill and shaping of shadows.
Expandable with Godox mini flashes
Each arm end carries a hot shoe. Mount optional Godox mini flashes (iM20, iM22, iT22, iT20) there and build a multi-light setup for more power and creative options.
How it works in practice
Real-world scenario
Out on the forest floor: you get close to a mushroom, angle both arms flat onto the subject and fold the diffuser in front. In LED mode you preview the effect instantly; for the final frame the flash fires – all handheld and portable thanks to the 340 g build and folding arms.
What to know before you order
Mini flashes not included
The hot shoes on the arms are made for optional Godox mini flashes (iM20/iM22/iT22/iT20) – these are sold separately and are not part of the package.
Limited load per arm
Each arm holds up to approx. 85 g (3 oz). Anything heavier than the intended mini flashes does not belong on the arm ends.
Macro conversion lens and diffuser box separate
The 2.5x MCL-250 macro conversion lens (for 49–67mm threads), the MCL-D diffuser and the MA02-BD diffuser box are optional accessories, available separately.
